Vinification: The grapes are carefully chosen and fermented in marble tanks with controlled temperature. The wine then goês thru a long maceration “sur lies” in vats. The malolactic fermetation occurres in big french oak vats.. Maturation: 18 months in new french oak casks and 12 months in our cellar after bottling.
Harmonização: Spicy roasted red meats.
Color: Deep red
Aroma: Very complex and intense. Fruity, liquorice and black pepper.
Tasting: Very good structure with well ripened ans silky tannins. Very elegant and persisting.
