QUINTA DO VALDOEIRO RED
Winemaking Process:
A careful selection of the grapes picked and produced in the vineyards of Valdoeiro Estate. Full de-stemming and fermentation at controlled temperature.
Maturation in small oak barrels for a twelve months period.
Tasting Notes:
Intense ruby colour with violet hues. Ripe fruit aroma, involved by notes of the oak barrel toast. At taste it reveals smooth with a fine and persistent acidity, offering a huge flair for several food pairing.
Long aftertaste, remembering ripe cherries and moka.
