Long classical maceration. Malolactic fermentation and 12 months maturation in French oak barrels.
Cherry ripe colour. Aromas of fruits like blackberries, blackcurrant and plum, but also aromas of chili powder and a slight hint of cedar and roasted coffee.
The palate is velvety and intense, with powerful but integrated tannins, muscled and tasting to red fruits and spices with vanilla noticeable, resulting in a very elegant and interesting complexity. Very long aftertaste.
