Vinification: The grapes are produced using eco-friendly and environmentally safe techniques, under the orientation of the "Integrated Protection" regime. The grapes were foot trodden and vinified in traditional granite “lagares”, with the use of ancestral techniques. The final product was not “colado” or filtered, neither it was subject to any biochemical treatment. It aged in Stainless vats and in American oak barriques for 12 months and was then bottled where it had the final ageing.
Red wine, with dark red color. In the nose it reveals mature fruits and some jam aromas. In the mouth it is a full bodied wine, elegant with round tannins. It has a long and persistent finish
