Production: 1,540 standard bottles (0.75 L) and 96 Magnuns (1.5 L).
Winemaking: Fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats at 25ºC
Maturation: 12 months in new French oak barrels of 225 litres
Total Acidity: 5,3 g/L
Reducing Sugars: 3 g/L
Tasting Notes: Deep, dark ruby in colour. Intense, ripe black fruit aromas with notes of new oak, spices and vanilla. Fresh on the palate, with black and red fruit flavours, volume and concentration. Very long finish.
