Vinification: Grapes are selected upon its arrival at the cellar, being destemmed and submitted to maceration. Alcoholic fermentation during 8 days in granite wine mills at controlled temperature. Grape stepping occurs during this period, with the purpose of regulating the extraction and subsequent maceration of the particles, being expected a red wine with robust tannins which never underestimates the elegance and character of the original vineyards.
Ageing: Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel vats. Ageing in new barriques of 225l made from French oak., during 12 months.

Colour: Rubi red
Aroma: intense, dominated by black fruit, spices and cocoa.
Flavour: fruity, with slightly balsamic
Taste: fruity with a light balsamic and vanilla scent. It is a red wine with strong tannins that come from the stage in barrels. The aftertaste is long and dry.
Temperature: Store in a cool place and protect from light. Serve at a temperature of 16º
Gastronomy: intense flavours. Meat, pasta and cheese.
