REGION
Grapes from the Douro Wine Region, in areas of altitude between 450 and 600 meters of granite and schist soils.

HARVEST
Harvest very hot and slightly ahead . Very healthy grapes.

GRAPE VARIETIES
This wine was elaborated with the varieties Codega do Larinho, Viosinho and Rabigato and some Gouveio and Malvazia Fina.

VINIFICATION
Harvest in plastic boxes of 25 kgs. Pressing of grapes and settling 48h tempeature controlled 8 ° C. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 14 º C. Aged in stainless steel tanks with batonnage fine lees until the end of January.
