Miogo brand has its origins at the Quinta do Miogo in Guimarães. It all began with Don Togon de Miogo who, in the 16th Century, planted vines on this land, golden with sunlight and freshened by rain. The domain of Miogo was shared by many generations and owners until, in 1755, Domingos Guimarães was granted a coat of arms, attesting to his nobility, with axes and olive trees.
This single variety Espadeiro was launched in 2007 as a recognition to the quality and potential of the variety. The blend of its irreverence and elegance results in a unique Sparkling Wine.
Miogo Reserva Bruto 2008, is a Rosé Sparkling Vinho Verde. With an intense pink colour, it bolsters captivating fruity aromas of raspberry and cherry, with a slight dry vegetal touch. A fine and persistent bubble precedes the freshness on the mouth and an elegant and lingering finish. Perfect to share on SPECIAL MOMENTS. Should be served at 6º - 8º C.
